US Companies Stopped Recruiting Workers
Unemployment, unemployment and unemployment has casted its shadow well over the most powerful and strong-economy declared country of the world. In the past, no one could dare to say a single weird word about the economy and jobbers of US but now situation has been reversed.
US economy has come on that highway where one big mistake can take your life away. This is the most crucial and tentative time period for the country where unemployment rate has been set at 16.5%, which is a huge number for a place having established and flourished companies. Even, industries have stopped recruiting workers as they want to revitalize the growth of economy and situation of country first.
Almost 90% big companies are out of scenes in hiring and recruiting except Ford. There is a specific reason for this why this company is not acting like other ones? Obama’s visit and loan guarantees have shown some path to Ford in not only increasing numbers of works but also showing gritty attitude towards rebirth of US economy. Though it’s difficult to walk on fire as US condition is not going well but Ford is deemed to be US second largest automaker which can make things happened.
People in business move ahead, when big companies take a big leap of doing something challengeable. Meticulously flaunting courage and determination will push the country towards road of success. There is a time to work head to head and side by side with each other. Disappointment is kept on kissing the grounds as July’s hiring wasn’t good enough.
